While working with Foss, I have been able to participate in a multitude of trainings to better expand my knowledge in the swim industry. Having the chance to observe their hiring time, it is clear their deciding factor for building a team is based upon collaborative efforts and diversity in their team. Foss has also provided the ability to build a schedule that orks best for my personal time along with the others memebers. It is clear that everyone who works for Foss has their best interest at heart and provide one on one meetings with their Leadership team. Training is done in portions and the training groups are small and personable which allow for connecting with new hires and the trainers. Hourly start pay is above the national average.

Cons

There is a learning curve when completeing the trainings. I have found that the online portion of training can feel a bit redundent but you are then able to apply what you have learned once you begin the in water training portions. Part time employes do not have the option to emroll for healthcare.
