Pros
You build such awesome friendships with the staff and managers. As long as you’re open and speak up, the managers will listen to your needs and do the best they can to help, I’m in college now and this job is perfect while being a full-time student. Sometimes the chlorine can be hard on your skin but as long as you take care of your body, it’s the last worry on your mind
Cons
Sometimes it’s hard to find a sub for your shift but you also need to remember your kids you teach depend on you but if you talk to your managers they definitely can help
