      Pros

      If you love working with kids or want/need experience working with kids, GREAT job. Foss rewards those who work hard and show initiative and excitement. So many employees have been working for FOSS for years. Also pretty cool we get to work with so many special needs kiddos. The job is meaningful.

      Cons

      Sometimes the working in the water for so many hours can be hard on skin but they also offer office shifts.

      You don’t have to take your work home with you Anyone can get this job Hours are easy to get

      Poor management Pay is horrible Management has favorites Management hits on staff ( person experience) Your sick all the time Your skin hurts You never get a day off You only get raises if the Management likes you

      Awesome job overall. Staff is friendly and supportive. Pay is pretty good for a starting job but thats changing.

      Cons

      Stressful if you don't get good classes and pretty fast turnover.
