Cons

There was only 1 shower and employees female/male would share is which was uncomfortable. I’d drive home soaking wet because it wasn’t worth waiting to use the one shower and kept getting ear infections.

Pros

Perfect job for anybody who loves water and working with kids. Foss encourages its teachers to be silly and outgoing (it's actually more of a requirement) and you will be very successful if you are.

Cons

The majority of the classes are run during the evenings and weekends, and your schedule remains the same for about 3 months at a time. This can be VERY exhausting. If you are an hourly employee, you have to work yourself to the bone to get full-time hours. Communication between management can be frustrating at times.
