Pros

The managers are willing to work around your schedule. The schedule you pick is the schedule you have for the next 10-15 weeks. Attendance bonus = 2/hour for every hour work in that quarter. Sub bonus = get payed an extra $1/hour just for subbing for somebody Company outings Growing company!! Not an easy job; however, management is always there to help

Cons

Sometimes working with chlorine can make your skin very dry at the end of the shift. Hard to find subs Sometimes you really need to have a lot of patience and if you don’t have it then this isn’t the job for you.

Best job I have ever had. The people at my site are like family.

Only con is lack of communication between the office and the pool.

Pros

Foss management checks in with you every time you jump in water to make sure everything went smooth. They are always making sure you have all the tiols you need to succeed. They give you a raise every 12 weeks based on your evaluations.

Cons

It's hard to miss a day if you are an instructor.
