Great company you get to meet a lot of fun people and what could be better then woeki g with kids! The bonus structure is awesome show up to work don't call in sick and make more money!

Cons

Some days the shift seem a little bit to big for managers to handle. And collecting parent evaluations is the worst.

If you like working with kids, this job is perfect for you. There is always high energy, and great people as staff. They even offer benefits after working 30 plus a week. It's overall a fun atmosphere to work

Cons

There are irregular hours, and schedules can be all over the place. Doesn't always balance work-family life.
