you set your own schedule for the quarter and management assigns you classes that stay set for the quarter--gives a nice balance of flexibility and guaranteed hours. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Very positive company culture. Bonus pay offered for subs and weekend shifts.

Cons

The training program is being updated so it's a bit touch and go at some points, but will be nice when it's done. New teachers sub for other instructors after they've passed their training until the next quarter starts, so hours can get a little shaky in the middle there, but you do get a pay increase for sub hours, so they try to make it easier on new employees.

Pros

Foss has been a great employer, they want to help each teacher succeed! Everyone there, both at corporate and individual schools is invested in your growth as a teacher. The pay is great for a part time job with consistent hours and schedule that I can count on. There is lots of feedback, both from management and parents of your students to help you recognize areas of opportunity to get better.

Cons

Corporate doesn’t like to close with bad weather, which is concerning. I would like to see them put the safety of their teachers over keeping classes open.
