- Relaxed, casual work environment - Fantastic discount - Good communication within management ranks - Incredibly organized; great POS system
Cons
- Much of the product lacks style or any sort of reflection of what is trendy. There needs to be more refinement in much of the product design for the company to be taken seriously. The lack of Fossil product placement in magazines and the clientele who shop with Fossil reflect this shortcoming. - No bonuses to Assistant Managers, though they have an important role in the success of the store
