Eye-opening as a company that really cares about making a true connection with it's consumers

Pros

My store had a very driven management team that took the time to really make sure you understood the philosophy of the company. They didn't assume you knew anything, but taught you how they wanted things done the proper way. It really took customer service to a whole new level for me.

Cons

There were a few political things that occurred in my store that made it difficult to be motivated all the time. It also became a lot more focused on the numbers you produced over time.
