1. No training provided, you will have to sink or swim, and I mean no training whatsoever. 2. You will be expected to work overtime and then punished for burn out 3. Head office is inconsistent and slow to reply 4. HR is permanently understaffed and despite working hard they fail to meet the support you will need and leave you on read 5. Your unpaid overtime is a problem to claim back 6. Visual merchandising and marketing is completely unorganised and you will be adjusting constantly 7. Continual bad decisions by head office and cuts to quality of product resulted in year on year loss, 0 growth, and store managers and retail teams bare the brunt of blame despite not being given the tools to succeed.
