- The benefits are amazing - The salary is quite better than the average - The working environment is active, fun, and creative

Cons

- The exclusive managers from the US do not really understand how the device should work - The product owners' and UI/UX designers' decisions are hard to be understood, maybe they should buy and use high-tech devices and learn how the competitors are making their products ;)
