Pros

No pressure, safe work environment, and room for advancement. Good equipment to drive and getting better. You get paid by the hour and are given plenty of time to be on time. Good benefits.

Cons

A little behind the times. Some growing pains, HR is very slow during the hiring process. Benefits aren't cheap. It gets old listening to senior drivers complain of how great it used to be...in the 1970's! Not much of a regular schedule when you first start.
