Pros

The company is doing well. The uppermanagment is doing a good job and making some great changes.

Cons

They tend to forget you and not develp you well. Not many advancement opportunities and you have to fight for adequate pay. Some facilities are very old and work can be monotonous with little stimulation. There is a bit of "clickiness" with the departments to where they put a lot of effort into making employees in certain areas happy but don't care or pay attention to other departments.
