Not what it used to be

Pros

Overtime is usually available every day

Cons

Low pay (used to be a coveted well paying job now it is minimum wage). Poor communication between departments, supervisors, leads, and employees. Also (for Turlock at least) probably the WORST union, seems like they are helping the company rather than the employees.

Pros

People willing to help each other.

Cons

Management is a joke, many issues with machinery that are never addressed or fixed. Some team members think they are bosses without having that power.
