Pros

Has a terrific R&D team, shows appreciation of employees tenure, able to work on many project across the company, large impact while in the position.

Cons

Location of HQ, still operating with a small company mentality, small engineering staff with many projects, requires high annual cost savings with little/no travel budget, throw you under the bus atmosphere, no room for growth, required many weekend trips.

Pros

They do there best to keep the driver's working at least 40 hours a week. Full benefits for the employee and family.

Cons

Video Cameras in the trucks looking at the driver and out the windshield, over restrictions on driver behavior policies.
