Small town company, nice people here and there - but scared to step out of their comfort zones.

Cons

Politics - Old School - Management is still in 1990 - Pay is horrible.

great friendly people, great pay rate and they did random lunch box checks to make sure everyone is following the code

Cons

Every time i would start learning one thing they would move me to something else and this happened nightly for three months straight

Many opportunities to learn new skills. Great work environment. Company treats you like family and allows you to work hours to be with your own family.

Cons

Projects can take a long time to get started. Management is not always on the same page. Pay is fair, but could be better.
