Pros

- Paid Vacation (1 week after first year, 2 weeks after 5 years) - Health Care Benefits - *Overtime Pay - Union

Cons

- Low pay for labor required, especially for operators. - Very poor leadership. Bad decisions in the last year (poor planning, issues with food fill, numerous mechanical problems on lines, etc.) that led to alot of product being discarded or reworked. Also expect to be overworked to meet daily quota if short staffed. - Inconsistent company policies when it comes to safety. - Alot of cronyism and "clique" culture amongst higher position employees (QA, supervisors, administrative etc.). - *while there is overtime pay, there recently has been a significant reduction of it, affecting many of us who relied on it. - No "end of the year" bonus pay based on performance.
