      Pros

      It's meaningful work, and co-workers are great people. The clientele is easy to work with compared to other industries. A lot of staff have been with the company for several years

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower range across the company. Not a ton of room for growth. A couple of their products are successful, but have had a handful shut down abruptly in recent years.

      Pros

      Supporting the philanthropy sector is a rewarding experience. The customer base is generally overly grateful, which makes you feel proud of your work. Most team members work there because they believe in the greater good of philanthropy.

      Cons

      Foundant used to be the place to work if you wanted to work/life balance to be more than just a buzzword. Organizational growth and changes in leadership changed the culture. Foundant stopped sharing company insights and it no longer felt like leadership was being honest or accountable.
