Cons

Scaleability of growth has been mismanaged at time with lack of managed expectations on capacity for products to capture market.

- Most of your co-workers are great collaborators and awesome to work with. - Company culture is fun and laid back. - Low expectations (can be a con in some instances).

Cons

- A few bad apples (co-workers) are spoiling the bunch. Either they are willfully ignorant of what they are doing, or they enjoy being hard to work with. Management continues to support these people, despite multiple complaints from multiple people, and even promotes the bad apples. - Pay is low for the work you're doing. - Work is repetitive.
