Pros
Good benefits, weekends off, PTO, paid holiday, safety and Christmas bonuses, free turkey for Thanksgiving, pay raises
Cons
Very demanding physical work, including carrying drywall into basements, upstairs, around houses, etc. No schedule consistency - come in anywhere from 6-7am and work until the jobs are done (latest is USUALLY 7-8, occasionally later). Horrible customer communications with sales team (have had many problems with delivery timing and finding addresses or having contact numbers for customers). Expect to wear a helmet EVERYWHERE (they check).
