5 week training program is great for getting ready to start learning. The program suite is robust and complex and you won't start getting a feel for the work until well into doing it. That being said management is considerate and understanding and you'll have a brilliant team to help you figure out a solution if there is one.

They are growing fast and it's hard to keep up with the expanding demand. Also pay is a bit below what I would expect, but it's a sacrifice you make for the culture.
