Pros
This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. Yes, there are metrics. Yes, sometimes they are difficult and probably should be re-evaluated on points, but they make sense for the most part. Very decent pay for the work that we're doing. And while a lot of places say they're like a family, this place actually starts to feel like one after a while. And it's not just because they say it free. Donuts, every Tuesday free lunch every Wednesday. They don't give you grief for calling off and are willing to work with you on pretty much everything scheduling,
