- Too many hands in decision making. - To much effort on being politically correct. - Afraid of honest and open debate. - Resistant to change - Does not think outside the box - Some executives have been there to long. - Pushes collaboration without fully understanding what the word means. - Efforts not appreciated by some leaders. - Not interested in individuals that want to challenge the status quo. - See’s some employees as being easily expendable.
