Able to work remotely. Online learning opportunities are available.

Cons

Not great pay. Always trying to push community feeling even though it seems like they really don't care about individuals. They are always asking for employees to donate to charities, but it's kind of a joke because of how little they pay you. Also, they are lowkey trying to tell me and my colleagues that they might not have work for us in six months even though when we were hired, we were told that we would have work even after the contract work ended. Managers basically babysit you.

You are efficiently trained so when you hit the floor you know exactly what you are doing. The pay is good and the PTO is amazing. There are many opportunities to grow beyond the Call Center

Cons

It's hard to meet the call times they are expecting while trying to sympathize with the consumer.
