Pros

- All internships are paid. - Offers students great opportunities to get their foot in the door, when it comes to professional internships and careers in business. - I loved the department I worked in - there was a lot of collaboration without much of a hierarchy - Those in other departments were also very welcoming and friendly, including the CEO - Those I worked with and met during my time at the FCCC still make an effort to keep in touch with me

Cons

- Much like every organization, there were some work-politics between different departments at the FCCC and Chancellor's Office - other than that, I had a great experience & would love to work there again!

That have a decent benefit package

There is a consistent lack of communication across the board in regards to policy and ways of doing things, the Foundation likes to throw around the term "Shared Leadership" but only practice it when it's convenient. They do a lot of things to try and show they want to do something but more often than not it goes no where.

Cons

Low salary Requires overtime but does not allow billing for it People regularly get fired with no notice. It’s a running joke in the Foundation that people just “disappear”.
