      Pros

      - They accept people who only attained HS Diplomas. Cool, but they really don't care about you as long as you man your post.

      Cons

      - Oh we're changing your schedule. We don't really give a crap about your safety. - We're not approving your VL, some other time maybe? - No culture - No work to life balance - Compensation is laughable
