Social network Friends Open and safe environment

Can force a promotion which does come with a pay increase but the amount of calls increase as well Decent pay for WFH Training is nothing but a mess

Remote working is nice overall

Cons

Robotic statistics to hit each day. More based on metrics than actual positive customer support. They monitor everything about your shift. Customers can be incredibly rude and abusive. Some are nice. Talking all day.

Good pay, work from home option

Cons

Not enough mangers in chat to help on difficult calls or when caller asks for mangers , constantly being yelled at daily by customers just not good for mental health balance
