They really care about people, they care about keeping a good environment. Depending on what area of the company you are in, there is plenty of opportunities to grow. You get access to Linkedin Learning and professional certifications to grow. I found stability here, although some challenges too. Overall it's a nice place to work, learn, and grow.

Cons

-Not the best salaries in the industry/market. That's why so many good people leave the company. -Other than money, it's really hard to find cons, because like I said above, it's a great place to work.
