Cons - The initial cost investment from supplying your own internet. My internet came out to be about $1,000 for 12 months of service paid out of pocket up front to meet their speeds requirements (200mbps down) (80mbps upload) prior to your first day. Benefits are expensive which means you cannot live off of the pay. - If you need to reboot your computer due to a tech issue, then every second you are unavailable is counted against you. If you have an ISP outage (internet service provider) then it's counted against you. This time pulls from your allotted 100 hours termination max. If you have a team lead who cannot do simple addition and subtraction with a calculator, then it's assumed you have an unexcused absence for "10 min" to reboot and log back on the phone. - By the time you reach 6 months you will be close to termination with plenty vacation time banked if you dont enroll in the quartley vacation time payout. - You get two 10min breaks and a 30 min lunch, don't be late otherwise it goes against your 100 hours - 3 months after your production start you will have the opportunity to take your first peek at your time sent, don't be alarmed if you receive a verbal or written.
