Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. Our “You said we did” campaign, addresses the issues raised by our associates and works to create a good work environment for our associates. We also provide a counseling program that helps our associates in many topics such as psychological, legal, fiscal, social support topics.
