We believe that the associate experience is the customer experience. Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. We launched a “You said we did” campaign in 2024, to address the issues raised by our associates and work to create a good work environment for our associates. We also provide a counseling program that helps our associates with many topics such as psychological, legal, fiscal, and social support topics. Our HR Open Door initiative is also a way for our associates to express their concerns directly to our HR team. We thank you for your feedback.
