Management and trainers are friendly and helpful.
Cons
The training did not adequately prepare employees for the situations they would be facing once out on the call floor. The customers are mostly abusive, and the "call handle times" rushed things to a point that seemed to instill more anger in the customers. Also, the pay raises were dismal.
