We are glad you are satisfied with our hub location, in fact, both in Lisbon and Porto our locations are close to all public transportation which makes them easily accessible! We understand that customer service can be stressful sometimes for both our associates and customers. We believe that the associate experience is the customer experience. Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. We launched a “You said we did” campaign in 2024, to address the issues raised by our associates and work to create a good work environment for our associates. We also provide a counseling program that helps our associates in many topics such as psychological, legal, fiscal, and social support topics.
