We appreciate your candor in your review and sharing your experience with our organization. I agree that the pay is competitive and we do offer paid training. When looking at hours, Foundever offers full-time and has standard breaks. From the perspective of improving the work experience, Foundever has implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. When you are doing the work day in and day out, you find the issues that need to be fixed. The max survey is the way we can share those pain points to make positive changes.
