      Pros

      Most of the agents are good people. Some of the coaches are great! It's easy to get time off for when you have family needs, or get sick.

      Cons

      Some of the coaches need to work elsewhere because their focus is on their friends, not the client or the staff. There is no sick time, just a small amount of PTO. If you don't work and you don't have the PTO time to cover you, and you're in trouble. The low pay is the only incentive to come to work, because if you miss a day, it's hard to make it financially.
