      Pros

      Sitel provided an awesome opportunity with paid training for P&C insurance producers. Everyone is nice and helpful with strictly enforced but understandable regulations through employment. The break area has vending machines and a vendor to serve hot food for lunch at an excellent price and always kept clean.

      The position gets boring at times, but what job doesn't?

      Pros

      Very good training, good colleagues, early opportunity to go from part to full time.

      Cons

      Arrogant customers (that was the campaign I worked on), regular changing of goalposts making it difficult to keep up with expectations. Management could be nitpicky as timekeeping was down to literally the minute.
