Pros
Sitel is very peoplecentric. It gives a lot of opportunities to its employees to grow and learn in their chosen career path. Sitel is made up of people not just of brands. Its rules and reg are fair and just, and the comp and ben is very competitive. It has a creative team who is responsible in making the workplace somewhere you'd look forward to going to on a daily basis. Last and more importantly, Sitel cares :)
Cons
On boarding is a little different than what I expected. A little organization is needed. Still, I understand that the ramping season is really chaotic anywhere, so this is just nit picking.
