nice coworkers, good incentive system, it's a job

Cons

bad communication, some supervisors can be rude, some very immature, and others don't help you when you need help, however when you do something wrong or make a mistake, you won't hear the end of it. ** always call after call, when i worked there, very rude customers, some racist customers, unlimited frustration, not for the short tempered.
