No true cons for me. Most of the negative stuff that maybe said about this company only comes from negative people.

Great pay, Good jobs, good management, they care about you succeeding. They actually care and spend time to evaluate you and tell you what you are good at and what you need to improve.

Cons

Not much. Construction is rewarding and challenging.

Offers Benefits, competitive pay, Listens to employee concerns, has an apprenticeship program, plenty of work, constantly working to make improvements for the employees, working on consistency across job-sites

Cons

sometimes you may be moved to a job-site that is further away from your home due to job-site demands
