Better communication of our policy – everyone home every night – with our team is one of the ways we have sought to improve work-life balance. We see other growing contractors who achieve faster growth and higher profits, but at the expense of their people. That’s just not the way we want to do it. People matter. That’s why we do as much as we can to foster balance by encouraging time off and investing in training for our team. People over profits.
