Pros

I genuinely enjoy working at my company due to its commitment to unbiased practices and continuous evolution. The culture here fosters a sense of fairness and inclusivity, where decisions are based on merit and respect for diverse perspectives. This environment not only encourages personal growth but also promotes innovation, as every voice is valued in shaping our collective future.

Cons

Navigating rapid growth can be both exhilarating and challenging for any company. While our organization has seen impressive expansion, there are inherent difficulties in maintaining pace across all operational facets. As we scale, various departments may encounter bottlenecks in processes, resource allocation, or communication, which can hinder our ability to seamlessly adapt to growth demands.

Pros

Lots to learn on the fly. Constant learning.

Cons

Given the fast pace growth, new people hired with skillset needed ASAP rather than opportunity to learn. Legacy people then let go post transition.
