Pros

Great place to work. Employees all get along. Many perks. Good base pay and excellent incentive program and decent benefits. Beautiful lunch room. Spacious locker room for storage of personal belongings. Cafe and produce market for employees. Chance of moving up in the company after six months.

Cons

Refrigerated temperatures. Long hours. Overtime year around. Can be too physical for some. Tendency to hire unqualified individuals, then terminate them less than a year later only to repeat the process.

Pros

The office area and warehouse is beautiful and ultra modern. The equipment is new and the leadership of the company does whatever they can to make all employees feel comfortable and really listen to what you have to say and listen to suggestions.

Cons

Not really a con but the Company is still working through a major change in leadership, but the new managers in place are doing a great job in changing the culture.
