Pros

Most of the people are good people to work with/for. The company does a lot to make you feel welcomed.

Cons

The management of the warehouse on the back half of the week is just sad. They don't care about getting trucks out in a reasonable time which causes long wait times, missed deliveries and unhappy drivers. The operation staff has no ability to do the simplest of tasks like write times down.
