Excellent team work, due to a great communication, respect, hard work and the will to be better every day, from every member of the staff.

Cons

There where not really cons, but like in every company, job, labor, etc. there will be issues, that you will have to take as a challenge and solve it, not looking for who is responsible or why it happens, in stead looking for solutions.
