Pros

Deal with CEO's and Presidents of some of the worlds finest companies. Company is involved in constant training for assistant managers.

Cons

No work life balance, micro managing is excessive, "rule by fear" culture.

Pros

People, culture, benefits. Almost everyone is a superstar and those that are not get weeded out quickly typically. Good salary, good support from management and senior management.

Cons

Work/life balance, On-call 24/7, some mid-level management are not empowered to make decisions all the time, technology support is horrible, stress level to ensure guests are happy can wear you out quickly.
