Pros

- The Golden Rule and Foundation of Four Seasons is based up how you treat people needless to say I have worked in other hotel companies and none compared to the consideration and care you are treated with in the company.

Cons

- Not alot of regular meetings with managers to discuss careers progress - Not always room to grow within the propery in the city you work at

Pros

I learned a lot with this brand especially giving true meaning to the words luxury, excellent customer service and team work. If you are passionate for the hospitality industry, this is the best place for you.

Cons

Probably just the salary. They hire more people to do the job so you can provide the best possible service. This leaves the salary on a standard rate.
