Pros

Good benefits, comp nights at any hotel (if available)

Cons

Bad work/life balance. Managers put in a lot of hours, especially those in those in the F&B department. Several departments are understaffed. Salaries are no the best unless you're senior management.

Pros

Endless growth opportunity, uniforms are washed and pressed on property so you never have to stress about it, competitive pay, great insurance (compared to other companies), and 2 words...comp nights

Cons

it is a demanding job, but it is worth it if you have a strong work ethic and are driven. This is a company that only hires the best of the best.
