Excellent culture, benefits, salary scale, people oriented company, they care!

Cons

Difficult to belong or to come up with new ways of doing things! Whenever a new idea is introduced, you are told that "this is not the Four Seasons' way".

Working with complete dedication and anticipating a guest needs and wants and also empathizing when in discomfort. Most importantly "treat others the way you want to be treated".
