Pros

It's a good place to work based on the country's work standards. I've met a lot of great people working for the company.

Cons

There isn't much room for growth. Most management positions are given to expats which result in little promotion opportunity for locals. A person can work hard and get awards and recognition for years and still not be able to get promoted.

Cons

Long Hours (Compared with other hotels) Upper management is totally disengaged and distant from the rank and file Management is very cliquish Don't seem to value their employees and are happy to replace you
