Company Has Changed

Pros

Good benefits and perks. Free food, hotel stays and parking.

Cons

The company has changed drastically since Isadore Sharp retired. The 'do unto others' philosophy no longer applies to all employees. Perhaps to upper management who have their misgivings swept under the rug to protect the company and the staff are treated as disposable.
